Anne Boleyn: A play by Howard Brenton - 13 July 2019

The Wadham Players return to the garden at Chingford URC for a production of ‘Anne Boleyn’, a play commissioned by Shakespeare’s Globe, and premiered there in 2010.

It portrays Anne as a force in the political and religious in-fighting who influenced Henry VIII, thereby unleashing the protestant reformation.
